Brownstone Renovation
Park Slope
2025 comprehensive renovation of a historic 1901 brownstone located in the coveted Park Slope neighborhood of Brooklyn. The landmarked townhouse, designed by architect Philip Pankiewicz, was transformed from a poorly configured two-family dwelling into a sophisticated single-family residence featuring an open-concept parlor floor with stunning Italian white oak veneer millwork, a chef's kitchen opening to a new twelve-foot rear deck, and a strategic garden-level layout that includes both a private family recreation room and rental studio apartment - while navigating complex DOB Alteration Type 1 requirements and landmark preservation standards.
